The detector got my track wrong. What now?+
Send us the link to the track and the label our detector picked plus what you think the correct one is. Every misclassification we can reproduce becomes a test case for the next model update.
Can I use Genre AI in a commercial product?+
We have an API in private beta. Drop us a note at [email protected] with your use case — pricing depends on volume and whether you need batch or realtime.
How long does a reply take?+
Usually within 48 hours. We don't have a support team — it's literally two people, so weekend messages may wait until Monday.
Do you take feature requests?+
Yes, and we keep a public-ish list of what we're considering. The genres taxonomy in particular grows from user requests — if your fringe sub-genre isn't in there, tell us and we'll consider it for the next training run.
